TODD WINSLOW
Personal Snapshot
I was born in the small mountain community of McCall, Idaho. I grew up in Boise, Idaho, where I met my wife, Diane, in high school. Our first official date was to our senior prom. That was in 1982, and we've been dating ever since (married in 1986). We have two adult children - Davis who lives in New York, and Alexandra who lives in Boise, Idaho.
I worked as a manager, consultant and owner/president in the insurance and financial services sector. When I was in my thirties, my father - a small business owner and entrepreneur, took his life. That was the catalyst for my coming to know and follow Jesus Christ (long story). And, as often is the case, He changed everything.
In 2005, I left my business interests to dedicate my life to furthering the mission of the Church. Since then, I've lived and worked in several different cities in the US and traveled around the world.
In 2008, I helped develop a global leadership mentoring and equipping organization now known as the Relational Discipleship Network (RDN). The RDN has gone on to train and coach over 100,000 pastors and leaders and impacted over 25,000 churches in 21 countries.
Over the past twenty years I've held various positions at the executive team level of several mega-churches. In those roles I've worked as a change catalyst helping teams navigate countless obstacles and challenges that were hindering their ability to fulfill their mission.
I specialize in creating organizations that are aligned to the win, supported by effective teams working within a healthy culture. This has produced dramatic results in increased reach, alignment, effectiveness, attendance, membership, discipleship, groups, baptisms, church expansion, and financial stability and growth.
I'd be honored to put my experience to work for you. Let's talk about partnering together.
